Ms. McMillen is a respected mediator and neutral in the State of Hawai`i.  She is a member of the distinguished panel of neutrals for DPR, Dispute Prevention and Resolution in Honolulu, and the Mediation Center for the Pacific's ACCESS ADR program in Honolulu.  ​Her extensive training includes study in advanced mediation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.
